Procanol lotion for mother contains Procaine, a local anesthetic which can relieve pain.
The spirit components acts as an antiseptic and its drying effect helps to keep the wound clean and dry.
Procanol lotion for mother contains active ingredient Procaine Hydrochloride 2%

Directions

Rinse the affected area with water and dry.
Then apply undiluted with cotton ball onto the stitches.
Use two to three times daily, or as directed.

Indications

Anesthetic and Antiseptic
It is applied to the episiotomy wound (an incision made to widen the vaginal opening to permit easier passage of foetus)

Precautions

Keep away from open flame.
